We’ve been brainwashed to cook it just in water and salt. Instead I’m using vegetable broth with fresh rosemary and sun-dried tomatoes. The pasta really picks up the flavour. You’ll never cook pasta the old way again.
This is a quick and east mid-week meal. I’ve cooked marinated shrimps with my sun-dried tomato pesto and used the pasta broth to finish the sauce. Finished with baby arugula, fresh basil and Parmesan cheese this is a treat for your taste buds. Bon Appetit!
